Emaar Boulder Hills Scam - Politicians who own villas in Boulder Hills

Emaar was allocated land when Chandrababu Naidu was the CM of AP. Ministers from his cabinet were given land for villas in return for throw away prices. Some of the TDP former ministers who got land in Emaar:
  • Kotagiri Vidyadhar Rao
  • Tummala Nageswar Rao
After Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy came into power, his government arm twisted Emaar and got a lot of financial benefits from UAE. APCC President, D. Srinivas has a villa in Emaar Boulder Hills.

Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy's friend and personal advisor, K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao's wife is alleged to have several villa plots and were acquired at throw away prices. K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao's relative is on the APIIC board. K.V.P Ramachandra Rao's son's father-in-law, K. Raghuram Raju also has a villa plot.

  • Galla Aruna Kumari
  • D. Srinivas

BJP bigwig M. Venkaiah Naidu is alleged to also have a villa in Emaar Boulder Hills.
