It is a welcome decision by the Honorable Andhra Pradesh High Court to have the CBI conduct a probe in to Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy's assets. Why not extend the investigation to all individuals and companies that benefited during the late YSR's regime?
The prime benefactor outside of YSR's family is Mr. K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao, who is alleged to have amassed over Rs. 30,000 crores during the late YSR's regime. Why not include him in the investigation? This will negate Jagan's argument to the Supreme Court that he is being targeted by the Congress party since he has launched his own political platform. Why not also investigate all the beneficiaries of the massive projects that were launched during the late YSR's regime - for example, The brothers Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy who benefitted enormously from Jalayagnam.
Also why not extend the investigation to Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu and his role in the initial Emaar Boulder Hills allocation?? It is a well known fact that he made advantage of his knowledge of the location of the current Hitech city and the initial Outer Ring Road alignment and through his Benami friends (Jayabheri Murali Mohan being the prime person) made massive purchases of land banks in these areas at throw away prices. He also had dealings with the now infamous Mr. Suresh Kalmadi with whose help he conducted the Afro-Asian games in 2003.
